I've been told by several people that because I am bipolar I can get medical marijuana,I also have other various mental issues anxiety,depression,insomnia,etc.I'm 21 and since I was 13 doctors have been trying to help me with meds and different types of treatment but nothing works.I used drugs in the past,so I'm wondering could I get marijuana?Should I since nothin else works,and how do I approach the situation and how do I do it?I'm in fresno,ca by the way.
