((yack)) This is such a big problem! Really! It's nearly impossible for victims to begin to heal while there's ongoing, current fear and stress and triggering! Do your best to be safe, and tell yourself that you are being safe.. you must have professional help to get through this.. the sooner you have a lot of expert help the better and sooner you will find "life" again... and make good decisions for your own safety.
