If you have constant worry, that's anxiety. Anxiety itself is simply an emotion, like fear, anger, or embarrassment. Anxiety is only a disorder or a problem if it disrupts your life.
As for diagnosing you with a disorder, that would be for a psychiatrist or psychologist to do.
