I'm also dealing with pmdd as well as depression.
The depression is under control until it gets to be that time of the month. And then it feels like a black cloud has taken over.
One of the best things that helps me is to exercise. I enjoy running with my ipod. It gets the endorphins going.
I've also download some guided meditations to help with relaxation.
Sometimes I wonder if I don't need an antianxiety med too.
