Most of them are free crisis lines but some of them when you scroll through help with things like setting appointments, finding services and i am sure some can even help with finding low cost or no cost resources. Have a look and i hope you find some help, it's very brave of you to take the first step by making a post here. Good for you, it takes alot i know.
