Don't laugh too loud... I have constantly cold feet and hands and of course is worse this time of year. 2 years ago suffered from moderate frost bite b/c of it and has been worse since then. The docs have not found any condition to be causing it, but of course calling it a circulatory issue but nothing specific; everything is normal. Doc doesn't know what to do with me.

Besides thermo socks and gloves (with thinsulate in them) and special boots with significant cold ratings, what does anyone else do to help with this? Treatments? Supplements? Desperate. Will of course run it by doc before taking anything but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
