JD, how is your program going for you?
I'm still doing mine and right now behind on adding up the fat grams and calories from last week and this. Plus the Hubby had a surgery on Thursday, so I'm really behind in my walking a little bit too. But it is not what I do just today but rather an average of what I do over time that really counts!
All the dog walking is up to just me for a few weeks, so that will help motive me to get outside in the cold. I'm trying to come up with other exercise to do that keeps me indoor where it is warm!
One thing I love for a healthy breakfast is half a serving of strawberry yogurt (99%fat free) mixed with 1 serving size of Kellogg All Bran cereal. Yummy. I also made another huge batch of chili so I have it on hand in the freezer. This time I used really lean ground beef and drained it in cheesecloth and used that with the same amount of ground chicken.
For me that is the key, having healthy choices in the house so I don't pig out on other stuff that has too many calories/fat in them.
