(By the way, something that might help explain this is that I have moved within the past few months, and am having a really hard time adjusting.)

I'm running, and I don't know why, except that I know that there's something I really, really want in the direction that I'm running. And then I look back, and there's a bunch of people chasing me, yelling things I can't make out. And then I look foreward again (all the while running so hard I can hardly breathe), and all of a sudden, this huge chasm opens up and I catch a fleeting glimpse of snow covering a whole big area, where I was running to, before I fall into the gorge. Sometimes I keep falling for a while, and sometimes I wake up then. One time, I kept scraping against the side, and had all of these cuts on my arm, where I usually SI, weirdly enough.

So, if anyone interprets dreams, help!!! And thanks in advance to whoever might happen to stop and read this!
Hi,
In sleep, we usually make or simulate the movements the dream suggests. When you dream of running, your legmuscles are twitching or your legs are actually moving. Your subconscious creates these dreams because you experience breathing difficulties in some sleeping positions. Your dreams are actually making you thrash about in bed to get you into amore comfortable sleeping position.
Your problem with SI is making you restless in bed. The thoughts of you doing SI intrude into your sleep and make you scratch yourself. Eventually your dreams wake you up. The falling is the actual waking element in your dreams.
I hope you will forget about SI and llok towards the future.
