Hey everyone!!

Sorry I haven't been around much lately....life has been very good to me, I've been off my meds since July and have been doing exceptionally well....I have been completely anxiety free, and completely stress free. I've been able to go out and do things with friends and alone. I've gone from 280lbs down to 210lbs.

I've also met the most wonderful man in the world....he is helping me work throug some of the kinks that I'm still working on in my life, and things are good.

Sometimes I think I shouldn't have been on the meds, that I didn't need them in the first place....I think that I was being the way I was because I was beginning to feel trapped in a controlling relationship....but I guess this train of thought is for another forum thread.

Anyway...I wanted to give great big hugs to all the supportive people out there, and tell you how much you are appreciated.
