Well I have experienced panic attacks in the past, but not very often. There was usually "triggers" for it like flying on a plane, being trapped in a crowded place etc.. As far as this constant worry though, I don't have any "triggers" I just wake up with it and then its gone by night. I don't eat during the day only at night, I just don't feel like eating becouse the worry makes my stomach sick when I smell food. I'm basically a newbie when it comes to Anxiety. I'm just looking for opinions of whats going on with me.
Anyways, if anyone else has any ideas I would love to hear them.
