Hi ya Coko,
Luv that name...umm I know you mentioned you had a psychiatrist but do you see a therapist too to work on coping skill and different coping skills to help with depression? I know that medicine dose help, but they always say we have to do stuff to work with the medicine. Like I mean we can get up and be as tired as hell...We take our required meds and force ourselves to walk a slow NOT vigorous one mile indoor walk just to stimulate endorphins and it really dose help (if physically okay to do so)....things like that???? Or even some suggest yoga? However medication is just the start...You know if that makes sense? That should usually help with the moods a bit can still make us tired, however just a few breathes of fresh air and we can actually experience a bit of difference (were all different though just a thought)
