I havent read any of the other replies, but you don't HAVE to talk about anything in particular if you are not ready to do so. Please don't be hard on yourself, it's not helpful. When you are ready to talk you will; if it stresses and scares you, maybe not yet. Yr T should not push you on it, either. want some company when you go?
