Seriously
My lite book I am using while I eat and read the paper. I bought the Lite book on impulse just incase there is a seasonal part of my depression, and like the medication not much has helped more than pacing myself. And now I am learning to pace myself in Therapy.

Anybody else just what to get on with their lives?

Unfortunately, I don't have that option. I gotta get up before the sun to get myself and two little ones ready and head off to get my oldest to school. And it was overcast much of last week, which also affected me. After getting outside for a bit, though, I realized how much better I felt. I had been shut up indoors because the weather had been so gross - really windy (we have asthma, plus it made things extra cold) and just blah outside, and I was sick too, which didn't help.

I think the light will serve as a means to get me moving in the morning when it's still really dark outside, and help perk me up when the weather's not so pleasant and the sun's hiding behind the clouds.
Thanks for this!
