I'm going to repeat what I said before... those feelings are because of the depression, because of the illness. Understand this aspect of the illness and trust that we and those around you have a more objective view that you do.
I know it still hurts even if you know that in the "logical" part of your brain. OK to feel sad and to cry but try to keep faith in the fact that the depression is keeping you from seeing the real you, when you are able to get some relief to the depression you illusions of worthlessness will pass with them and you will once again be able to appreciate how special you are, the way we can appreciate you now as we are not clouded by having to look through your depression. Out picture is clearer! Please hang in there and do your best.
