robw has offered up some good information; I might add that there is also a bipolar spectrum which makes it even more difficult to diagnose - even for a doctor. Instead of focusing on the diagnosis, try focusing on the treatment. A lot of the treatments for BP are also used for other disorders, including the ones you said you're diagnosed with. Treatment tends to focus on symptoms, since there doesn't appear to be a cure for these kinds of disorders. What kind of treatment are you currently getting? And are they helping with your symptoms?
Bottom line is that it is less important what you're diagnosed with than it is whether your treatment is working or not.
