Are you on meds or attending therapy?
Maybe look into Borderline Personality Disorder. It often appears to overlap a lot with Bipolar, especially where the symptoms are concerned.

Also bear in mind - you are still in your teen years, hormones are running amock and you are still getting to know yourself. There's a lot going on in your life.
