I have a light I use, and it helps me a lot when I do it. I feel more in touch with the world, less "in a fog."

But then I do it for a few days, feel better, stop doing it, then feel worse. Whoops. I have very bad PMS, but I get angry instead of depressed. The light doesn't do anything for the mood swings.
