She's taking off next week so I really need my session this week. I worry more in winter with snow and with people getting sick more.
I don't want to miss my session. She could probably fit me in another day, but I'm not sure. I wish it were tomorrow already!!
Do any of you think like me? What do you do about it? Thanks!

1. Many are called, few are chosen
2. I just had this - if you catch it, you will not care about missing anything, not even therapy.

3. Did you not get a 4whl drive after last winter? and a snow blower?

4. She will still come in if she is sick (unless it's the stomach flu). My T had sessions when she tore up her knee, and last week she had a broken rib from coughing so hard/vitamin D deficiency. Therapists appear quite unwilling to miss work, IMHO.
But, my appt isn't until Friday and I'm also worried - what if I get into the training that I'm wait-listed for and have to cancel? What if it snows - she doesn't have 4 whl drive in her Prius! I have to talk about my worries - how sucky work is, and holiday stress,
OK, the one thing I do that kind of helps is my T's phrase "The answer is within you". So, if I write out my questions, concerns, things I'd take into therapy, then I can sometimes get to the answer that is already within me without going to therapy. It feels good to accomplish this insight on my own. I do like to get to therapy
eventually and report on my results, of course!
Also, you may need to apply to my Professional League of Worriers. We only take the most competent worriers.
a) are you worrying as you go to sleep?
b) do you wake up with the same worries?
c) are you worried about worrying?
If you answered yes to all of the above, please send in your application form and fee
