I took 15mg of Mirtazapine last night with 7.5mg of Zopiclone. I did sleep for about 6 hours and then I just lay there for another 3 drifting in and out of sleep. The hangover makes me feel more depressed this morning but I hope that will pass.
I feel so irritable this morning, I just want to be by myself today. My g/f has just gone out so at least I will get a morning of peace and quiet.
