Thanks for your replies - it means a lot to me to have someone else to share my progress with.

I think today was a real break-through moment, one of the most progressive sessions for me. It also cemented a lot of trust between us, something I wasn't too sure of. It can only go from strength to strength.

I also often text T as I'm driving home/back to work from a session; there'll always be one point that I feel I need to bring up!
