Update: my H is the one who woke up with a fever today. So far I'm all right, but I'll probably catch it if it's that flu going around. Just get me through my session!

T didn't email to cancel me yet, and the weather's cold but my car is okay. Breathe....

Black Canary: I definitely want to join your Professional League of Worriers!! Your comments made me laugh, besides being true and good advice. Thank you!

jbmomg: yeah, I have about 3 hours to go and I'm still nervous because of this bug going around. What if I throw up in her office? Ha! She has a light colored couch that's hard to clean. I don't feel nauseous, though.

seventyeight: that's an interesting perspective, but I really want to see T in person today. I don't think she'd be good in phone sessions because she relies on body language so much, and our interaction in person. Reminds me of something funny with former T. She was once caught in traffic and kept calling my cell phone to apologize. She did therapy out of her home, and her waiting room was her library, a nice, comfy room that I loved more than her office. I was fine, and found it amusing that she was so disconcerted about being late. It didn't mess up her other appointments; I was the last one.

gelfling: thanks. I know it happens sometimes. I'm not used to Ts canceling me much. I'm spoiled!

improving: I TOLD you we were twins, didn't I?

sunrise: that's why you are you and I am me! I think (and worry) differently but need to try to think like you. Thanks.

velcro: that's interesting about lawyers and juries. Looks like she didn't get called.

SAWE: I like the last one: worry anyway!

granite: thanks. It's soon if I don't get sick.

tree: that's a good attitude and you're right. It SEEMS to matter so much at the time, but in the scheme of things, it's all right if I have to miss a session or two.
Thanks for this!
