thanks-I wasnt sure she was a keeper, but today I have a different view. She didnt speak about the emotional connection, but maybe she realised how much it meant to me, and in her own way is kind of allowing it to happen.

I need the emailing between sessions so I can 'talk' about what i need-i cant do it too well face to face.
We spoke about the fact i expect too mcuh of people- friends, T, relationships... I guess my logical side understands that, but right now i'm run by my emotional side. It's something I need to work on. She's highlighting it for me, but understands it'll take time before I can internalise and change it.
