I can believe the part where you say that not one of your friends or family see's something coming. I was going through a terrible time several years ago and when I finally decided on therapy my family was very surprised.
I've been dealing with lots of other problems too like depression and ptsd but the psychotic part has me and my therapist puzzled because when the psychosis does happen, it doesn't present itself in the "classic" way.
