I'm so sorry your T is sick. That really sucks (for both of you.) I had a T that was sick for a week once (I was seeing her twice a week.) and she wanted to check and see if I was mad about her being gone. I told her that I wasn't mad because she had sounded so sick on the phone I just wanted her to get better.

My guess is that he really wanted to be there today and felt bad about having to cancel.
