my mum stopped talking to me because she found out about my SIingand i have been trying so hard to stop but today in religious studys i found my self doing chicken scratches and serching for some thing to cut with, i dont know why. I dont like religious studys and my class doesn't help because all they ever do is talk about STDs and when they are not talking about that they are saying how stupid people who SI are even though i know half the class had SIed before now.

How can i try stop SIing on my own?
