Hey ((((((little One))))))) I'm so sorry you are feeling so bad. It sure is BIG of you to say what you feel.

I hope things start looking brighter for you guys soon. Is there anything you can do for your sadness? Like maybe draw what colors your sadness looks like maybe then draw maybe what you'd like to feel and then can you color or do something that is Fun and Safe for you guys. Your important to your system, and by speaking up your helping your system eventually be where you hopefully can be happy again.
