I ran a scan before I installed...it still failed. Rohag suggested DriverZone. Sounds reasonable. I ordered Device Driver Pro and now they want $38 just to help me with the issue (the software was less money than that). I'm going for a refund.
There are some free download sound devices on my computer's mfg website which are absolutely free and they even tell you how to install them. I have a couuple of computer techs at my local mental health center that love helping me because I just let 'em go haywire and they haven't done me wrong yet.
I'm also having problems with Coke version 1 and pizza version 2...nervious eating I guess but thanks for the help.
You might check out your mfg website and look under support and drivers and dowloads.
Good luck to you.
