What you describe sounds a lot like Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. Hashi's is associated with celiac disease. It wouldn't be a bad idea to have your doc check you for celiac. Your doc should have tested you for Hashi's antibodies while you still had your thyroid. At this point they would have to test you for gluten anti-bodies (celiac).
