Can you do some focusing on the moment? The Be Here Now stuff? Keeping yourself grounded in the present is difficult when you're basically trapped in a waiting room for 4 hours (!!!), but are you interested in talking to other passengers? Can you play on your laptop--any games? Can you buy a book to read before you board?....I believe in distraction.......
