I started at 50mg with no problems. I am on 200mg now and still have not had an issue. Wonderful med for me though. I hope it works for you

But I do know about coincendence becasue right after I started mine I had bought new laundry soap....well, I went into a panic thinking I had the "lamictal rash" when it was the laundry soap the entire time! I felt like an idiot running into the pdoc's office freaked out over my "rash" when in fact is was a reaction to the different soap lol. Oh well, we can laugh about it now!
