The problem is indeed on a user's end, not ours. If it were on our end, everyone would be experiencing the issue all the time.

I find when I have to connect from a slower speed network or what-not, it does seem to disconnect more often. When I'm on any of my regular Internet connections at home or work, I never experience a problem.

This is one of those issues we can't do much about, unfortunately.
