Try to occupy your mind with anything right now other than the cutting and the other urges. What seems to work for me sometimes is playing a game online, doing something constructive with my hands (do not handle anything sharp), you are in school so you must have some kind of class where your mind is occupied so try reading or doing math or something difficult that will get your brain working on that, deep breathing, cleaning, writing, anything like that. It usually helps me. Since I like to type I get online and post my heart away...I also have a live journal and I type a lot in there about what I'm going through on a daily basis.
As long as you keep yourself, and your hands, busy I think you will do ok. Try calling your local crisis line if things get too unbearable. They are trained to help you. I care about what happens to you and do not want to see you hurt yourself. We all love you.
