Please don't put your health on the back-burner due to the holidays. If you feel you cannot cope, please go to the ER. I've been to hospital twice, and it really wasn't bad. Plus you don't have to make any decisions, nor do you have any responsibilities - you really get to relax, chat to a T and a pdoc, and get meds sorted to help you.
