thank you sundog, Gus, lonegael and Dark Dreams. It is not like them to leave their dog outdoors, especially in extreme hot or extreme cold weather. If it wasn't so cold, being 28 degrees, and feeling like 19 degrees, I would not have thought anything about it... JUst wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too cold for pets to be outside too long............ They didn't answer the door when we knocked and I could not rest thinking that poor barking dog being left outside in the cold.........

The are home now because cars are in the driveway. I will prob see them tomorrow and let them know we let the dog in.. Hope they don't get mad.. And I guess even if they do, that is ok, because I feel better that the dog was inside and not freezing outside........
