Hi Kiba -- I'm not going to say that it's "just a phase", BUT... I went through an identical period like that from ages 11-14 or so. I was really unhappy with my life at the time, but I don't know why it manifested itself in such extreme ways.
It became compounded after my mother died (I had just turned 15) and my dad's job took him out of town Monday-Friday, so it was just me and my little brother in a big house on a quiet suburban street, where you couldn't see from one house to the next because of trees, etc.
I did eventually grow out of it (I guess... not sure why I don't have that problem now). But, my nightmares always take place at my parents' house and some of them involve the supernatural stuff. I also get really scared like that if I am alone in my house now and stay up too late -- I kinda hallucinate.
Do you spend much time alone at your house? Are your parents home?
If you are not sleeping much, I would say that exhaustion probably is playing a big part in your imagery.
I think it's worth a talk with your regular doctor, even if you can't afford a psychiatrist. Your regular doctor can prescribe anti-anxiety or sleeping meds, if that's what you need.
Good luck, Kiba... I'm glad you're doing what you can to get help for this.
