I'm from Canada, but therapy unless it's part of a Hospital funded program costs either out of pocket or through a work health benefit plan. There are options in Canada, but it does take effort to look into it. I would suggest speaking to your pdoc about it, look online for a mood disorder and/or bipolar organization, look in your community for mental health organization. You can even try contacting the Hospital's Psychiatric Unit who can sometimes provide contacts.
