Just wanted to say hi to everyone after my lengthy cave stay and trip to the Himalayas (I should mention that it was dangerous and lacking in oxygen due to the altitude) but I made it back with a few insights and more questions. I hope you still remember me

I should apologise for my hasty departure from PC. I was suffering under a weight of such confusion, I could not be my usual pleasant and caring self, so to my mates whom I have a deep respect and fondness for, you are loved and have not been far from my thoughts.

I am still a bit "flighty" for want of a better expression as I rattle around trying to find a comfortable place to sit, but I love PM's and if you guys have go the time, I would love to hear how everyone has been doing.

Great to be back, in more ways than one.
