Dude, now that you guys have brought it up about 2 or 3 weeks my T told me to stop emailing her! She said she wanted to reduce our connection? WTF! I just said, OK." How do you respond to that?? I guess she was getting at that I am to dependent on her. Anyway, I was crushed. Frustrated. I felt stifled because I best communicate my feelings through words. She told me to write in a journal if need be!
