I'm 25 - and I can relate.
Are you on meds - can you get hold of your pdoc to change your meds a bit? Mania is hard work, and I'm glad you can notice that as exciting as mania may be, it is not a healthy place to be in.
Maybe going for a run and burning some energy off is a good starting point. But please contact your pdoc to amend your meds. What are you currently on?
