I have always had cold hands & feet.....even in the HOT summer. Much of my life I was dealing with low blood pressure.

When my hands get cold, my fingers even cramp up.....drop things I am holding onto & have to run my hands under warm water to get them to uncramp. This started when I lost a lot of weight at the time my mother was dying of cancer & I was going through a trauma with her. I was trying to write a check to my horse vet & couldn't hold the pen to write it with my fingers cramping so bad.

I have been this way all my life with the cold hands & feet & actually my whole body is always cold. Living in the cold area of the country doesn't help.....when it was 4F, I just don't function at all.....sit right next to my room heater which is setting right next to my laptop computer which is right next to my bed.
