my therapist told me almost the exact same thing today, and i felt the same way! i'm not as upset about the "does it mean i don't need her" implications, but yeah - does that mean she will send me away? that's just what i've been wondering about. i want to need her, i want her to need me, and i want there to be absolutely NO "sending away" of anyone!
