It is hard to not be paranoid when starting a new medication. I thought I had the lamictal rash and freaked out. Then I realized I started using a new laundry detergent (All free and clear). I ran out and bought my usual Tide before calling pdoc and sure enough, it was the detergent. It was just funny that it happened at the same time I started the lamictal lol
I now take 200mg every morning and have not had any problems. If you started at a low dose like I did then the chances of you developing the rash is less likely.
