Yeah, some of us tend to do that alot. That's when we need to pull ourselves out and purposely find something of beauty to look at; when it's not obvious, ya know?

Wanna know what I do? I go to a plant nursery! LOL It always does it for me, if only just while I'm there. It gives you a break, though, from the "darkness" and it's not quite as dark as before.
