 No dream is ever "stupid."  I believe that dreams are one way the brain uses to try and file away thoughts, memories and events, and feelings.
The common definition of any dream where one is naked is fear of exposure... not necessarily physically, but of who you "really" are.
Since other people are noticing, rather than not, your fears might have some foundation of truth to them. Are you trying to hide something from someone? Or are you afraid of being found out about something?
(The something really doesn't matter, it's the fear that seems to be driving the dreaming.)
That you are in a department store where there are clothes, yet you fail to put any one might be interpreted in that you realize there is help in your life for you, answers, but you are refusing to take them.
How does this sound to you as a possible answer?
