Hi--

My fifteen year old daughter is on seroquel and lithium. She still has swings from mania to anger to depression a few days a week (the swing occurs within a hour). She's in the bathroom now coming off of a rant after prancing around the house giddy an hour earlier.

Is either of these drugs supposed to help control these swings? I'm at a loss and she's still suffering.
