Same here.
I don't know what to say about the relationship. Regarding eating and sleeping -- they're necessities. Filling those basic needs may not
immediately help your mood, but they're essential to improving it.
Maybe right now is the time to focus just on the basics, most especially your safety. That may mean being alone, but could mean being around others to minimize risks.
