My sister-in-law who is a very quiet, sensible person, was with me the other night, and she told me why they don't really want to be together with the whole family much any more. Because of the way my son and daughter in law treat their little girl, who is the oldest. The one I talk about. We were shopping and having some fun together, and I told her that I really did understand, and that it was really hard for us. That is why we went out to eat for Thanksgiving. This gal only opens up once in a great while, and is not a gossip or trouble maker so I know that she has been watching and observing. I'm glad she felt that she could tell me, but in the same breathe, my son and his wife are just ruining family fun and holidays. I am doing really well so far this year. Have our decorations all up, and looking forward to Christmas. They will just have to wake up and smell the roses!!! No one wants them around!!! I would think they would wake up soon !!
