What sort of drugs are you currently taking, Azalysa? I only ask because there's a great book out there called "The Anti-Depressant Solution". It's definitely not a do-it-yourself process...the author is very firm about following doctor's orders, etc., but it contains a lot of great information about how the drugs work and how you should taper off, and why it's so important. The doc who wrote it isn't as enthusiastic about SSRI's as many, but he's not an anti-medication activist or anything like that. (He does, in fact, prescribe SSRI's himself.)
