I have taken many online tests and such and convinced that I am adhd so how do I go about getting treatment. I am 53 and I think I have had it all my life.
I am so unfocused, and can't remember anything. I am sooo difficult to work with that no one wants to work with me. I feel stupid, and alone. This, in turn makes my depression get worse. I don't even read anymore because of this!!
Also, I have no friends because of the frustration that comes from dealing with me.
Does this sound like adhd? or does this sound like part of my bipolar?

yeah adhd cause it causes you too not focus and get bored really fast and causes you too move your hands and feet .
