I used the E-Cig along the road on my trip to my quit.
I found it a bit awkward, but, very helpful at the same time.

The hand to mouth movement was perfect,
though the E-Cig is much heavier,
and takes getting used to.

The full strength and medium strength doses
were *much* to high for me.
The low dose was ok.

The fact that the E-Cig lights up is cool,
makes it more realistic.
And the vapor that comes out is really cool!
That adds a bit of "realism" to it.

So, it has many positives.
But, there was one negative that I really did not like.
And that was this:

When I smoked a normal, poisonous sickarette,
I knew when I was finished.
The sickarette was done. I crushed out the stub.

With the E-Cig,
I never knew when I was done.
And it was very easy to smoke too much,
as a result.

So, I honestly think it's *very* important,
BEFORE your quit,
if you're going to use the E-Cig,
that you count the number of puffs you normally take
on a regular sickarette.

That way, you'll know approximately how many
to take on the E-Cig, too.
and won't over dose on the nicotine.

If you do overdose on the nicotine,
remember,
it will make it harder to quit.
And you will become even
*more* addicted!

Just my 2 1/2 cents.

Peace!
